Returns Policy

We are happy to accept full priced item returns when you change your mind where the goods:

– Have not been worn or used;
– Have the original tags still attached;

– Are not clearance or sale items;
– Are received back within 7 days of date of purchase; and
– Are accompanied by a copy of your invoice or proof of purchase.

We will then refund you the purchase price (excluding the freight fee). Please note sale or clearance items can not be exchanged or returned.

This change of mind policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If you purchased a product with a major fault, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement or refund. If you purchased a product with a minor fault, we can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund.
