Delivery and Returns

Australian Delivery

We deliver all of our products Australia wide, Monday – Friday via Australia Post. Orders completed and received before 2pm will be dispatched the same day. Delivery times can vary subject to location however it is normal to expect a range of 3 to 7 days.

Within NSW

Metro Sydney – 2 – 3 business days

Country NSW – 5 – 7 business days

Interstate

Metro City – up to 3-6 business days, depending on lodgement and destination points

Country – Please ask at your local Post Office

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight of products ordered. Various delivery options are offered, allowing you to select your preferred service.

Should there be any problems with the order, you will be contacted the same day via email or phone, depending on the personal details given at checkout.

Contact us if you do not receive the goods with 7-10 days.

International Delivery

We accept overseas orders. If you live outside of Australia and wish to purchase products from Village Home & Gifts, please contact us.

Click & Collect

Our click & collect service is now available at our Manly store. Click & Collect allows you to order online and pick up your purchase from our store at no cost. Find out more information about the service here.

Returns and Exchanges

We happily honour our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law for any products that are damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped through any circumstance that is in our error. You may also shop with peace of mind and simply change your mind. All of our items are sold with a 14 day, money-back guarantee. Simply return the unused item(s) within 14 days of the receipt of your order and we will exchange or refund it (not including postage fees). Please ensure that items are in their original condition, within their original packaging and that you include your proof of purchase.

  • We accept returns on full price items for a refund or credit note within 14 days of purchase.
  • Items purchased during a temporary promotion (i.e. EOFY sales) are eligible for an online credit note only if returned.
  • Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
  • Return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend sending your return via traceable courier and retaining proof of postage until receiving confirmation that your return has been processed. Village Home & Gifts cannot be held responsible for returns that are not received.
  • No return on sale items, unless faulty. Faulty sale items can be returned for online credit to the value of the item/s, not including shipping.

Should a product not meet these requirements, it is at the management’s discretion as to whether to offer an exchange only. Find out more about our Return Policy.

We recommend that you send returns via Registered post as you assume any risk of loss, theft or damage to goods during return transit. Village Home & Gifts will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you opt for standard postage.
